We recommend this service only if the problem cannot be solved remotely.

  • The minimum appointment duration is 4 hours
  • For contract holders only.
  • Available in all areas of London within M25
  • Outside the M25 is available on request.

If you need urgent assistance, we provide a same day Call-Out Services. Just get in touch with us

  • Working hours are 09:00 -18:00, Monday to Friday.
  • All work outside working hours is paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
  • This includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Once we have confirmed the appointment, you will receive confirmation and payment instructions. The appointment will only be included in our calendar once payment has been received.
