We recommend this service only if the problem cannot be solved remotely.

  • The minimum cost for a visit is £180 for the first 2 hours.
  • Extra hours are charged at an hourly rate of £100.00.
  • Available in all areas of London within M25
  • Outside the M25 is available on request.

If you need urgent assistance, we provide a same day Call-Out Services. Just get in touch with us

  • Working hours are 09:00 -18:00, Monday to Friday.
  • All work outside working hours is paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
  • This includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
