Engineer home visit

from £30 1 hour

We recommend an engineer’s visit only if the problem can not be solved remotely.

First hour call out on-site including travel costs.
Minimum charge is one hour – £60.00

  • Free Chat, Phone & Remote Desktop Support for 1 week after repair done.
  • We endeavour to ensure that we quickly and efficiently get your problem resolved with most issues taking no more than 1 hour to resolve.
  • Some problems cannot be fixed in your home and requires our mobile technician to bring your computer to our workshop.
  • Full day bookings are available for service, repair, training or consultancy at a rate of £240.00 per day.
  • Price £30/hour is available for full day booking.

Normal Business Hours – 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Out-of-Hours services are billable at 1.5-times the regular rate if delivered during evening or weekend hours.

Available in all areas of London.
Outside of M25 available on request.

How much will it cost?

Home visits will cost £60 for the first hour and £20.00 per half an hour thereafter.

If the machine needs to be taken away for repair you will be charged for the £30, plus the fixed price repair cost.

The cost covers call out and and we aim to complete most jobs with the hour.
